HANDI

HANDI TERMS

Terms of Service

The conditions governing access to and participation in HANDI services and institutional processes.

Version 2026-09-15

Account use

A HANDI Account provides technical access to HANDI services. Creating an Account does not by itself establish a canonical Person, HANDI Membership, professional authority, credentials, verification, reputation, or institutional standing.

Accurate information

You must provide information in good faith and must not knowingly submit false, misleading, fabricated, unlawfully obtained, or materially incomplete information for the purpose of deceiving HANDI or other users.

Institutional Identity

Identity establishment

Identity establishment is a separate institutional process. HANDI may require authentication, authoritative evidence, entity resolution, review, and other safeguards before establishing or linking a canonical Person or granting Membership.

Institutional records

HANDI may maintain durable records of submissions, evidence, assessments, decisions, corrections, supersessions, access classifications, and other institutional actions where necessary for provenance, accountability, security, and the integrity of HANDI records.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use HANDI to impersonate another person, circumvent access controls, interfere with HANDI systems, submit unlawfully obtained information, intentionally misattribute evidence, or abuse HANDI processes to harass, deceive, or cause unjustified harm to another person or organization.

No automatic endorsement

The presence of a Person, Organization, Development, claim, observation, source, or other record in HANDI does not by itself constitute endorsement, certification, approval, fitness, reliability, or a determination of wrongdoing.

Subscription use

Subscription-only service

HANDI uses subscription-based access. HANDI does not meter or charge by the number of permitted Listings, submissions, documents, records, verification requests, notifications, or included product actions.

Where a subscription includes Listing access, a Member may create and manage an unlimited number of permitted Listings without per-Listing charges or listing credits. A subscription does not purchase priority review, a favorable decision, authority, accreditation, reputation, verification, or public display.

Fair use

Protecting unlimited permitted use

Unlimited use means normal, good-faith use of included HANDI services. It does not permit bulk automation, scraping, duplicate or spam submissions, attempts to bypass security, unlawful use, or conduct that risks HANDI, other people, or their information.

HANDI may apply reasonable technical safeguards, including file-type and file-size limits, authentication controls, and rate limits, and may investigate or restrict suspected abuse. These protections are not usage charges or hidden quotas.

Changes and governance

HANDI may revise these Terms as its services, governance, legal obligations, and institutional procedures develop. Material revisions may require renewed acknowledgement before continued use of affected HANDI services.

Development Notice

Development status

These Terms are currently part of HANDI's development architecture and will be reviewed and finalized before production deployment, including applicable governing-law, contact, dispute, liability, and organizational provisions.
