Research and editorial policy
HANDI presents research and intelligence for public understanding. Our findings follow the evidence, with their sources and meaningful limits available to readers.
Who makes decisions
The Founder researches, first publishes and maintains only the core Organization and Development profiles, with GPT preparing evidence-backed drafts. One assigned HANDI Editor reviews ordinary contributions about every subject, including Organizations and Developments. Editors can publish permitted contributions without changing core profile facts. Hub Managers and Authorized Publishers control Hub publication.
How we check evidence
We inspect original sources, match the exact subject and period, and record what each source supports and its limits. Official records support registration and permits. Original studies support research findings. Company statements are attributed as company statements. More links or repeated staff checks do not create independent evidence.
What our decisions mean
Supported means the checked evidence supports the stated fact within its scope. We defer missing or unclear evidence and distinguish an inaccessible source from a false claim. Permission to publish is checked separately from factual support.
Before publication
The responsible editor checks the actual public wording, sources, dates, consent, attribution and redactions. Private evidence stays protected. A finding does not guarantee ownership, safety, legal validity or approval beyond what the evidence establishes.
Conflicts and special decisions
Editors refer uncertain cases and special approvals to the Founder. A person cannot decide their own ordinary submission or a challenge to their own decision. If the Founder is involved, another authorized, uninvolved person is assigned and the assignment is recorded.
Corrections and earlier records
Members submit updates and sources for HANDI Editor review, even when about a Founder-published Organization or Development. An Editor can approve a contribution but cannot overwrite a core profile fact. Evidence-backed suggestions to change core facts are referred separately for Founder decision; ordinary contributions need no Founder review. We preserve earlier decisions and link supported replacements. Historical Reviewer and Verifier records retain their original attribution.
This procedure replaces mandatory two-person Reviewer/Verifier approval. Evidence preparation and a decision can be completed by the same responsible person. Earlier decisions and accepted agreements remain in history.
