HANDI uses separate role and participation labels so people can understand who is responsible for what. One person may hold several scoped roles, but each role still needs its own evidence, authority, and current scope.
A person or organization with an evidenced ownership interest or property interest. Ownership does not automatically make someone a Landlord, Host, Property Manager, or professional representative.

The party offering a property under a lease. The Landlord / Lessor may be the owner or an authorized party with a scoped mandate.

The listing-scoped public contact for short-term or transient-stay information and consultation requests. A Host label is not proof of title, permits, or authority to transact.

The person or organization handling day-to-day short-stay accommodation operations such as guest support, check-in/out, housekeeping coordination, turnovers, rules, and incidents. The role operates outside HANDI.

The person or organization responsible for ongoing property or portfolio care: repairs, maintenance, vendors, inspections, access, and upkeep. This is distinct from the daily Stay Operator role.

HANDI BOUNDARY
HANDI presents verified and trusted information and can route an accountable consultation request. Bookings, payments, deposits, negotiations, commissions, compensation, transactions, and agreements happen outside HANDI.
Compensation and commission workflows, ATS, and Rental Agreements are intentionally reserved for a later, separately governed phase.
REGULATORY NOTE
RES, Broker, ownership, landlord, development, representation, host, and service claims are separately evidenced and scoped. Subscription plans unlock product tools; they never create professional status or legal authority.
